Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Void (the "App" or the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is designed to support individuals in recovery from gambling addiction and is not intended for children or minors.
How Void Works
Void is a subscription-based recovery support application designed to help individuals overcome gambling addiction. The Service provides personalized recovery tracking, progress monitoring, urge intervention tools, panic button features, logging capabilities for urges and betting activity, educational resources, support information, and subscription-based premium features.

Not Medical or Professional Advice: Void is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. Always seek the advice of qualified health providers regarding gambling addiction or mental health.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for downtime or interruptions.

Accounts & Security
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may require identity verification to resolve disputes or fraud concerns.
Payments & Billing
Subscription Plans: Void offers subscription plans with monthly or yearly billing. Fees are charged in advance.
Processor: All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize charges to your payment method.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of the paid period. No partial-period refunds unless required by law.
Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable, though exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances.
Chargebacks & Disputes: Initiating a chargeback may result in account suspension during investigation.
Taxes & Fees: You are responsible for applicable taxes and any processor fees when permitted by law.
Outcome Disputes & Extenuating Circumstances
If you believe a charge should be reversed due to an extenuating circumstance, contact jackson@ondara.io within 30 days and provide documentation. We will review in good faith. Our decision does not waive your legal rights.
User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or harassing purposes; use it while driving; interfere with the Service; reverse engineer or bypass security; or share account credentials. We may investigate and take action, including suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property; License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial use. Ondara retains all rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or Service except as permitted.

User Content: You grant us a limited license to host and display content you submit for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent you have rights to such content.

Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you consent to these practices.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third parties such as Stripe and Google Firebase. Their terms and policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, fraud risk, security concerns, or if we discontinue the Service. You may delete your account at any time. Certain sections survive termination.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ondara is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of amounts paid in the prior 12 months or $50. Limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ondara from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, violation of Terms, or attempts to circumvent security.
Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Informal Resolution: Contact jackson@ondara.io with "Dispute" in the subject before filing a claim.
Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the AAA, except small claims actions.
Class Action/Jury Waiver: Disputes must be brought individually. You waive the right to a jury trial.
Venue & Fees: Hearings occur in Essex County, Massachusetts or via video.
Time Limit: Claims must be filed within one year of the event.
Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by Massachusetts law, except the FAA governs arbitration. Non-arbitrable claims must be brought in state or federal courts in Essex County, Massachusetts.
Electronic Communications & E-SIGN Consent
You consent to receive electronic communications from us and agree they satisfy legal writing requirements.
Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service and Terms. Material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Miscellaneous
Severability: Unenforceable provisions will be modified to the minimum extent necessary.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays outside our control.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the full agreement.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
Headings: Headings are for convenience only.
